TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Returns and Exchanges

Please choose carefully when making a purchase. Refunds will not be made on change of mind purchases. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Gift vouchers are transferable , but not refundable or redeemable for cash .

Shipping of Returns

To return your product you must contact De Lew Designs within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Once confirmed you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the product /artwork must arrive in perfect condition and able to be resold. Any damage to the purchased item when returned to us will result in a refund not being given.

All artworks and sculptures are original and authentic artworks. All artworks and sculptures have been produced in our studios located on our farm “Bricouma” wagga Wagga by Mother and daughter visual artists Donna Lewis and Courtney Lewis. All copyright and reproduction rights are reserved by the artists. Permission to reproduce in any capacity is forbidden and all requests for reproduction will be denied.

Colour Variation

We take the utmost of care in presenting artworks and sculptures as closely to the original as possible, however, we cannot guarantee colour variations within artworks. Due to the differences in lighting, monitors, screen brightness and pixel quality, images online may vary from the original artwork. By purchasing Sculptures and artwork, you agree to accept that the sculpture / artwork may vary from the online images and will accept the art as it arrives to you, regardless of colour variation.

In-Situ

To demonstrate how the artwork / sculpture will look within an environment, we occasionally position the pieces digitally ‘in-situ’, meaning they are digitally displayed within a staged environment. The digital in-situ images within our website and social media platforms, are not to scale and should not be used as a guide to sizing or dimensions of the art.

Please ensure you measure the intended space before purchasing.

Commissioned Artworks

Commissioned Artworks /sculptures require a 20% deposit, payable within 7 days of receiving the deposit invoice. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the artwork, prior to shipment. Once payment is received in full, the artwork will be shipped.

We also offer payment plans

Commissioned artworks are non-refundable.

Art Classes and Workshops

Places in our workshops / art classes are strictly limited. All Workshops and art classes are non-refundable, however places are able to be transferred to another workshop/date.

De Lew Designs Australia holds all copyright for Workshops and art classes and are owned in full by De Lew Designs Australia. This includes class set up, content, workshop notes and delivery of the workshop /art class as well as reuse by others.
Permission is granted to use the print material as published for personal use only. Its use for any other purpose, and in particular its commercial use or distribution to run your own classes, are strictly forbidden.
