BRICOUMA Blooms is our garden art studio, where each bouquet begins from seed and is shaped by the seasons. Every stem is grown on our Wagga Wagga property, Bricouma, home to De Lew Designs Australia and its six purpose-built studios, and is harvested at its natural peak. The result is flowers that feel fresh, expressive, and deeply connected to the landscape they come from.

Throughout the garden, you will come across pieces of garden art, sculptural elements, or may even come across plein air painters working among the rows, reflecting the way this space sits between growing and making.

Our bouquets are created using what is flowering in the garden right now, meaning no two are ever exactly the same.

You may find a seasonal mix of zinnia, grevillea, buddleia, sunflowers, baby blue eucalyptus, mint bush, dahlias, and other garden-grown varieties.

We do not use chemical sprays, and everything is grown from seed or established plantings on-site.
